Roadside assistance is a support service for Kia customers who experience a car breakdown. The service typically provides benefits such as getting the vehicle fixed on the spot, refueling, towing the vehicle to the nearest garage or a specific location, extending medical assistance and much more.
All Kia vehicles are covered under road side assistance program for 3 years from the date of sale.
Onsite Repair/ Vehicle recovery in case of breakdown / Road accident
Fuel delivery in case of “Out of fuel” / Incorrect fuel & Contaminated Fuel (Once a year upto 5 liter then it will be chargeable)
Taxi arrangement for up to 100 KM from breakdown location(for breakdown & accident)
Replacement of flat tyre with the spare tyre available in the vehicle / with or tyre puncture repair assist from nearby repairer
In case of a dead or discharged battery, jump start vehicle
In-vehicle locked keys retrieval / Lost keys & broken key assist(If key is outside city limits vehicle will be towed to nearest Kia authorized dealership)
Minor On-site repairs
Availability of on call trained technicians 24x7 for all minor on-the-spot repairs
Medical & Legal Coordination
Assist with contact numbers of facilities, with and professionals in the vicinity, in case of a emergency arising due to a breakdown
